Terms and Conditions

Most of our products here at Nest&Co Candles are made to order. We may not always have your choice of items in stock. 

Current processing times are 3 - 5 business days, plus postage time (express or standard). 

Once an order has been packed & dropped off to Australia Post, you will be contacted with evidence of postage & a tracking number attached.

If you qualify for local delivery & and have chosen this option, orders will be delivered to you front door/ letter box. You contacted once item has been dropped off.

WE OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP from Deception Bay QLD, 4508. When choosing this option, you will be contacted confirming our address and a pick up time/date.

We try our hardest to get all orders out as soon as possible and within above time frame, however as this isn't our full time job, process times may be delayed. Please make sure to contact us if an order is urgent. 

Nest&Co Candles are not responsible for delayed shipping, PLEASE allow extra time around public holidays and holiday season.
